Custom Order Policy

  • A 50% deposit reserves your place in the making queue. Once your portrait is complete, Elena will send a separate invoice for the remaining 50%. Your portrait will be shipped only after the balance is received. The deposit is not payment in full.
  • If you choose to cancel after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not remove your rights if we cannot fulfill the order or the piece has a problem.
  • If your piece arrives damaged, contact Elena through the website with your order information and clear photos. After verification, we will remake it free of charge and confirm the arrangements with you.
  • Reference photos may be changed before handcrafting begins, but not once work has started.
  • Every piece is carved and painted by hand. Natural variations in leather, color, and detail are part of the process and do not affect your rights concerning defects or material differences from the agreed design.
